We have been manufacturing high quality Distribution Boxes from our factory in Hyderabad since 2020. Known for their high quality and robustness, we have supplied more than 10,000 distribution boxes over the past 3 years and our ACDBs and DCDBs have been installed across the length and breadth of the country, right from freezing temperatures of Leh to Rajasthan to Tamil Nadu and in the North-Eastern states.
We ensure strict quality checks and only the best components are used for their assembly. The boxes used for the casing are IP68 boxes and they are tested by dropping them from a height of 15 meters and keeping them underwater for more than 2 hours to check for any seepage.
The cables are terminated using high quality thimbles and are encased using heat sleeves and we have in-house automated tools to tighten the terminals so that there is no scope for human error.
We can assemble DCDBs and ACDBs for solar rooftop plants for up to 100 kW capacities and higher ratings are also possible on pre-orders. Our junction boxes are used by some of the top EPC companies in India.
