Manufacturing only high-end DC fast chargers, Tritium’s range is from 50 kW chargers to 350 kW DC chargers. The DC Charger can be in both CCS or ChaDemo protocols and a 50 kW charger can charge a typical EV in India (Tata Nexon, MG EZS or Hyundai Kona) in 30-50 minutes.

The unique aspect of Tritium chargers is that unlike naturally or fan-cooled chargers, Tritium chargers are liquid cooled and thus, it is the only charger available in the Indian market with IP65 rating, whereas, rest of the chargers are usually IP54. This ensures that the charger will be able to withstand the harsh monsoon conditions in India.

The incoming current in the charger is first converted to DC current and then again to AC with a frequency of 20 kHz, which is then converted into DC again. The double rectification ensures that the DC power supplied is free from any harmonics or fluctuations, thereby, protecting your car electronics and battery life.

Tritium chargers are easily serviceable and can be remotely fixed using telematics solutions, thus, no need to wait for the service engineer to make the trip to your site. The chargers have been installed in scorching heat of Australian outback as well as in sub-zero temperatures of snow-laden Norway and have withstood the conditions everywhere.
